I had 1 hour to find additional items for a phot shoot for my home late on Sunday afternoon. Nat at pillow talk Robina greeted me so positively and step by step solved all the small ( but felt like large )styling solutions! Thank you so much Nat for taking the time , patience and enthusiasm to work through this process with me ! Amazing!

What a wonderful customer service experience we had on Sat. 25th November at Pillow Talk Robina. It was a wild day in the shops with the Black Friday sales but our service assistant Tonia was nothing short of amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the stock and quality of the product. We were there to purchase pillows and a comforter and when the one we liked wasn’t available she called other stores to see if they had any in stock. Nothing was too much and her enthusiasm and commitment to making sure we were happy didn’t go unnoticed. Tonia, thank you for all of your help, I will certainly return to that store again!

I placed an online order for pick-up at Pillow Talk Robina. When I went to pick-up the lady was very helpful. She said she'd even put pillows in the cases if I wanted. She bagged everything for me and was extremely professional and friendly. A great experience. Very happy with my purchase.

Michaela was incredible! Trying to wrangle two kids, she was patient, full of knowledge and really made the experience pleasurable. Michaela helped me work out colour schemes and linen for our boys new room and I will definitely be returning to find this amazing women to help me in the future.

I received excellent customer service from your staff member Ellen. Her product knowledge and expert advice made purchasing my sheet set an enjoyable experience. On my return to Pillow Talk Robina, we received outstanding customer service from Lisa. We required towels and Lisa recommended Pillow Talk's own brand "Muse". We noticed the quality to be excellent and made with Australian cotton which supports our rural communities. Lisa assisted us in choosing from the choice of colours available and her warm personality made our shopping experience extremely pleasant. I also want to thank store manager Ellen for remembering our first names from our previous visit! This impressed us greatly. We will most certainly be retuning to Pillow Talk Robina.
